International Elite T.C. and "Team Kipkeith"

International Elite T.C. was founded in 2019 by its owner, Keith Olson, to provide assistance to Kenyan long-distance athletes. The company has slowly expanded into providing management services for a select group of talented athletes, primarily competing in road races in the United States. Affectionally known to his athletes and friends as "Kipkeith", Keith has been a life-long runner and international traveler. 

The focus of IETC is to excel in competition, while keeping a fun and relaxed environment for its athletes.

Athletes that are accepted into "Team Kipkeith" are dedicated to training hard and competing fairly. In addition, these athletes are expected to abide by the team's "Code of Conduct", which is:
